Hi there, welcome back! I'm sharing 4 new layouts with you today that I made for the I Kropka DT! I tried to do different in styles, so that hopefully everyone finds something that they like and feel inspired by!
First up is Love Captured. I used some camera chipboard in different sizes, some I painted with water colors, some I embossed. For the butterflies I created this cut file (I think the butterflies are from the Silhouette store) and instead of cutting it, I used the sketch pen to draw the design. Then I water colored all of them. However, the sketch pen is not archival ink, so it will bleed a bit into the water colors. Such a fun technique, if you enjoy painting, try this!
Chipboard:
Small cameras
Middle sized camera
Big camera
Polaroid Frames
Next up is a summery layout. I went for a sketched look here. The waves I did with the same technique as the butterflies on the previous layout. This cut file is from The Cut Shoppe. I cut some strips of different shades of orange papers to represent sunshine in the background. I used this adorable I Kropka frame chipboard for one of my photos, but I did cut it apart because otherwise the bottom design would not have peeked out and it was way too cute to hide it! So I just attached that to my other two photos. I love this frame, it's so sweet! It fits these photos of my son perfectly who at that age was very adorable himself :).
The third layout is very simple actually but I think it turned out pretty! I love love love to combine bold colored flowers with black and white stripes and I thought I'd bring them together in a layout too. I've had these ancient Sassafras foldies (die cut flowers that you have to fold to get a 3d effect) and finally I've found a good way to use them. It's a pity they went out of business, their designs were pretty cool (at least what I've seen, because they had gone out of business way before I started scrapbooking!) I just arranged the flowers around the photo to give it a frame and stuck a whole lot of my most favourite I Kropka chipboards in between! Some journaling, title and black paint splatters and that was it!

Flowers 1
Flowers 2
Flowers 3
Last but not least a travel themed monochromatic layout. I knew I wanted to use the I Kropka luggage tag and the airplanes plus the airplane paper and I went from there. I did a very simple grid design here. I added some stitching in random places along the edges of each square to give them a bit of texture. I also did some messy stitching around the edges of the layout. Added the chipboards, lots of embellies, washi tape, flairs, gold thread, stamping, paint splatters and cork thickers for the title to finish off my layout.

I hope you found something to inspire you! Thanks for stopping by! XXX
