In the spotlight: Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month - December

Hello there crafty friends,

Today I'm back with some new projects I've made with the fabulous Spellbinders December Card Kit of the Month! I wish I had had more time because there's so much awesomeness in this kit again, I didn't know what to grab first. My absolute favorite is the adorable fox die and the patterned papers!

As a reminder, Spellbinders have several monthly kits, which are really great! You can subscribe to:
These are all a great value, have a look! You can find all necessary information about these kits here.

Here's a look at what you get in this month's kit:

I started with the fox die, of course. Honestly, I love it so much, I could have just gone on creating loads of cards with it but there's so much other stuff in the kit too. I'll have to come back to this kit sometime for sure because I have so much left that I still want to use! For instance the sticker pack, it's crazy good! And that stamp is so cute too!

Pink and floral fox?! YES PLEASE! Love them :).

This cornflower blue is one of my favorite blues, so I was pretty happy to see it in the kit!

Such simple and quick cards, I pretty much only combined some patterned papers and added layers and layers of die cuts and stickers!

That's it for now! I hope I piqued your interest in this fabulous kit! Should you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I'll get back to you!

In the spotlight: Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month - November

Hello there crafty friends,

Today I'm back with some new projects I've made with the gorgeous Spellbinders November Card Kit of the Month! More Christmas cards yay! I love making Christmas cards most of all, I could create them all year long haha!

As a reminder, Spellbinders have several monthly kits, which are really great! You can subscribe to:
These are all a great value, have a look! You can find all necessary information about these kits here.

Here's a look at what you get in this month's kit:

It's jam packed right?!
It was very easy to create quick cards with this kit. I generally spend hours on my cards (mostly thinking about the most unimportant little details lol!) but these all came together quickly.

All these cards are just layers of patterned papers and embellishments really. You can't go wrong with this kit because it's all wonderfully coordinated, color and style wise as well. With Spellbinders kits there's always 2 of each die cut in the ephemera pack - on these two cards I actually doubled up on everything so I don't waste anything! I have so many Christmas supplies, I'm afraid I would never use them up otherwise!

I love this navy-gold-pink color combo, it's so elegant I think!

Did you know that there are always dies included in the card kits?! On the next two cards I've used these dies - there's some you can create ornaments with and some others that create these pretty layered poinsettias!

On these last 3 cards I used my favorite papers from the 6x6 pad! These colors remind me of some of my favorite My Mind's Eye Christmas collections!

That's it! I hope I piqued your interest in this fabulous kit! Should you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I'll get back to you!

In the spotlight: Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month - October

Hello there crafty friends,

Today I'm sharing projects I've made with the gorgeous Spellbinders October Card Kit of the Month! The colors in this kit are just fab again, wonderful for the upcoming holiday season!

As I've mentioned before, Spellbinders have several monthly kits, which are really great! You can subscribe to:
These are all a great value, have a look! You can find all necessary information about these kits here.

Let's get to it then! First up a card trio, for which I've used a light pink/white/silver color scheme. These past two months the card stock included in the kit was non textured which I love because here I don't find any non-textured card stock. At least not in many colors and not in the right size for me. My most favorite piece in this kit however was that little mouse layered sticker on the pink card! So adorable. So clearly, my first card had to be made with that!

These cards are very easy to make, it's basically layering paper and embellies - mostly die cuts. To make them look a bit more interesting, I dry embossed some of the card stock.

On this last card I also used the dies that are included in the kit, to cut those gorgeous little flowers and branches.

The next card duo is even simpler. I simply used some of the patterned paper from the 6x6 pad to create my backgrounds, added some die cut circles and finished them off by adding a few die cuts and some twine.

For my last cards I chose a purple color scheme, which I love! Again, only some layers of die cuts! You guys can't imagine how many die cuts are included in these kits! I have sooooo many left. And there's so many sentiments as well this time, you don't need to stamp any - time saver!

That's it! I hope you like my projects with this month's kit. Should you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I'll get back to you!

In the spotlight: Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month - September

Hello there crafty friends,

Today I'm sharing projects I've made with the gorgeous Spellbinders September Card Kit of the Month! The colors in this kit are just fab and just wait till you see the exclusive dies included, sooo fun!

As I've mentioned before, Spellbinders have several monthly kits, which are really great! You can subscribe to:
These are all a great value, have a look! You can find all necessary information about these kits here.

Here's an overview of what you get:

SO. MUCH. STUFF! I'm especially happy about the crystals, this is now the second time I think that Spellbinders have these in the card kit - these are my most favorite embellies ever, they are stunning!

Without further ado, my projects!

What did I tell you about the dies?! Sooo fun right? I'll be honest, it did take a while to die cut and assemble all the little pieces but I love how those letter boards turned out! You can create your own fun sentiments that you have no stamps for! Of course the kit includes a pictorial on how to assemble these.

Next up two cards featuring loads of die cut pieces from the ephemera pack! All the flowers, leaves and sentiments come from this pack. Look at those colors!

Next up two fall inspired cards. This green is not my favorite color but I think in this color combo it looks very elegant! That floral paper though! Love!

I kept these pretty simple so that the papers could shine!

Last but not least this 2 for 1 duo:

Again, very simple cards, but I loved that floral paper so much, I didn't have the heart to cover it up more! I used the exclusive dies for the flowers and that big sentiment.

That's it for this month! I hope I could inspire you in some small way!

Thanks for stopping by today! Have a lovely day!

In the spotlight: Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month - July

Hello there crafty friends,

Today I'm sharing projects I've made with the gorgeous Spellbinders July Card Kit of the Month! I've only managed to make 6 cards because due to the upcoming summer holidays I've just had too much on my plate - however, I will tell you this: the kit is fab and there is SO.MUCH.STUFF in it! You can create many many cards for sure.

As I've mentioned before, Spellbinders have several monthly kits, which are really great! You can subscribe to:
These are all a great value, have a look! You can find all necessary information about these kits here.

Here's a list of what you get:

Let's talk about the dies guys! I'm generally not into cutesy cutesy but this adorable mermaid had me ooh ahh haha! Seriously, just how gorgeous is she?! I had had more time, I surely would have made more cards just with her. So in love! So here are my cards with the dies:

I used the patterned papers from the kit to die cut most parts. I love love love this month's papers! Also, Spellbinders always includes a pictorial in the kit on how to put the die cuts together - which is what I always follow because I'm really bad at figuring things out! Which mermaid do you like better, the blond or the brunette?! I don't think I can pick a favorite!

I stayed with the mermaid theme on all of my cards because there were so many beautiful mermaid embellishments in the kit! I used some die cut and some foam sticker mermaids on my next cards that are great for your bestie!

Look at those crystals! There are several colors included in the kit and they are fabulous!

There's always 2 of each die cut in the kit, so I had two more mermaids left. I made these two cards with them, pretty much the same design just different colors. Easy peasy!

I hope I could pique your interest in this kit! Seriously, so far I think this is my favorite. Beautiful colors, awesome patterns and wonderful embellishments! And the mermaid die. THE MERMAID DIE! Have I mentioned the mermaid die?!

You need this kit, believe me :).

Have an awesome day guys! I'll be back with my projects with the Small and Large Die Kits of the month of July soon! Oh, those kits are AWESOME too! Just you wait :D

Thanks for stopping by!
